REFUND POLICY.

1. Introduction

If you feel our hampers have fallen short of our high Phoenix standards and you need to return your purchase please follow the guidelines below.

This policy applies to all customers and all orders submitted through our website.

This document does not affect any statutory rights.

2. Returns

This returns policy does not apply to perishable goods unless there is a problem with the goods under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, 2014.

2.1 If you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund in accordance with this policy if:
(a) we receive notification of intent to return the product within 30 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you;
(b) you comply with the procedure set out in this policy in relation to the return of the product; and
(c) none of the exclusions set out in this policy apply.

3. Returns procedure

4. Refunds

All verified returns will be refunded via the original purchase payment method, usually within 30 days from the receipt of the returned purchase.
